Upper part
Client is supine with the elbow in a 90 deg. flexion and forearm in full pronation. Grab around the wrist and apply pressure towards supination – trying to twist the forearm and palm around.
Lower part
Client is supine with the elbow in a 120 deg. flexion and forearm in full pronation. Grab around the wrist and apply pressure towards supination – trying to twist the forearm and palm around.
