These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Functional Rehab Academy website, courses, membership area, and all related services (collectively the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. About Functional Rehab Academy

Functional Rehab Academy is a premium online education platform designed to help serious physiotherapists, chiropractors, osteopaths, and manual therapists create noticeable and spontaneous change in pain and movement with their patients while building confident, high-performing practices.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a licensed healthcare professional (or a student in the final stages of your education) to purchase and use our courses and membership. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds

• All payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Digital Content Policy: Once you have been granted access to digital courses or materials, refunds are generally not provided. However, we offer a satisfaction guarantee on certain products (see specific offer details at checkout).
• For EU customers: By purchasing digital content, you expressly consent to immediate access and acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal.

5. License to Use Content

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Platform’s content solely for your personal and professional development as a licensed therapist.

You may not share, resell, distribute, record, or reproduce any content.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to violate any applicable laws, infringe intellectual property rights, share login details, or use the Platform in any harmful way.

Accessing or using the content does not create a therapist-patient relationship between Functional Rehab Academy (or its instructors) and you or your patients.

Results vary significantly depending on individual circumstances, your clinical experience, patient compliance, and local regulations. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes for you or your patients.

You are fully responsible for how you apply any knowledge gained from the Platform. Always exercise your own professional judgment and comply with your licensing board, local laws, and ethical standards in your jurisdiction.

Functional Rehab Academy and its instructors disclaim all liability for any loss, injury, or damage (direct or indirect) that may result from the use or misuse of the information provided.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Functional Rehab Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without notice, for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via the Platform. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
